No. Overa™ is made with a reinforced stone composite that’s built to handle daily use. Just don’t drop it on a hard floor like ceramic tile — it’s stone, not rubber.
What if it stains?
It resists most stains, including soap and hard water. For tougher marks (like coffee or red sauces), just give it a quick wipe or light sanding. It’ll look brand new.
How do I clean it?
Rinse it under warm water or gently scrub with baking soda. For stubborn spots, a fine-grit sandpaper works wonders — included free in every order.
Can I put hot pans or a kettle on it?
Yes — the stone surface is heat-resistant up to 400°F. Just don’t use it as a trivet for cast iron straight off the stove.
Does it really dry on its own?
