Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If anything goes wrong with your order, our team is here to help you find a fair and fast solution.

1. 30-day guarantee

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests outside this window cannot be honored. We also accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and you cover the return shipping costs.

All returns must be registered with our customer service and approved before being sent back. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.

2. Proof required

In most cases, a photo or video of the issue is required to evaluate refund eligibility. Please do not dispose of the item until we have reviewed your case. If no proof is available and the item has been discarded, a refund may not be possible. For damaged-in-transit claims, include clear photos of both the item and the packaging, as these are required for carrier claims. When reporting an issue, include your order number, the name of the damaged item, and a brief description of the problem.

3. Common scenarios we cover

1. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a free replacement by default. If you would rather not receive a replacement, we can issue a refund upon request.

2. If you receive the wrong item, size, or color, we will send you the correct item at no charge or process a refund if preferred. Please provide your order number, the name of the item you did not receive, the name of the item you did receive, and a photo of the incorrect item.

3. If your product is incomplete or missing parts, we will reship the missing part(s) at no cost. If you prefer not to wait, we can issue a partial refund instead. For bundles or multi-item sets, we refund or replace only the faulty item, not the entire set.

4. If you receive fewer items than ordered, we will immediately send the missing quantity. If you decline, we will refund the missing portion.

5. If your product does not fit, we offer one free size exchange with no return needed. If you prefer not to receive a new size, we can discuss refund options.

6. If your product breaks within 14 days of delivery under normal use, please send photo proof. We will offer a replacement or a refund.

7. If the item is no longer available and we cannot verify the issue, we may not be able to offer compensation.

4. Return shipping costs

For faulty, damaged, or defective items, we cover the return shipping costs. For voluntary returns, such as change of mind, wrong product ordered, or wrong size, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping costs and obtaining proof of return shipment. If a return parcel is lost in transit, the customer is responsible for the loss.

5. Refund processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method in the original currency. Refund amounts may vary from the purchase price due to exchange rate fluctuations or bank fees. This usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable US consumer protection laws.
